CTM

the most favourites transportation option for travellers in morocco is the rail roads or buses (CTM especially), or by the big taxi, moroccan rail road system (ONCF) cover almost all the north and the center of country, work is in progress to relay the southern zones, especially agadir, for train shedules please see here

CTM buses lines is a first class buses in morocco, covering all the country, with exact shedules and good organisation, there are also another buses companies but the most suggested is CTM and LASATAS, from the main cities CTM buses run almost in every hour.

the big famous taxi (Mercedes 240) is another good option, anyway renting a big white taxi will be no more expansive than renting a car in morocco, they are everywhere and their routes are mainly between cities and towns.
